Shot entirely on location, Heartland covered the length and breadth of the Central region: from Chesterfield in the North to Swindon in the South; from Peterborough in the East to Hay-on-Wye in the West.  We searched high and low to reveal the diversity and excitement of entertainment in the region: covering everything from amateur dramatics and antique hunting to the biggest Hollywood movies.
