Since joining Wall to Wall in 2012, she has played a key role in managing the company's diverse unscripted portfolio. Her credits include The Voice UK (BBC), Go Hard or Go Home (BBC), Bring the Drama (BBC), Glow Up: Britain's Next Makeup Star (BBC/Netflix/OutTV), Growing Up Animal (Disney+), Islands (Sky), Nadiya Hussain’s Chop and Chat Series (BBC), and Home Tours International (Magnolia).

Before joining Wall to Wall, Kirsty worked at the BBC, managing many of their top Entertainment shows from Top Gear to Eurovision to Strictly Come Dancing.
