Before joining Wall to Wall, Melissa’s experience and programme-making skills were well recognised within the industry for taking on large-scale, innovative projects and building brands.

Joining as Executive Producer in 2016, Melissa has played a pivotal role in developing and Executive Producing Wall to Wall’s flagship formats. She oversees competition reality format Glow Up (BBC/Netflix/OUTtv) now in its 7th series, other credits include The Nevermets (Channel 4), 100 Years Younger In 21 days (ITV), Hello Stranger (Channel 4), Child Genius (Channel 4) plus, spin-offs Glow Up: Comic Relief Special and Channel 4’s Christmas Eve ratings winner Child Genius vs Celebrities Christmas Special. Melissa was also responsible for Glad We Had This Chat With Caroline Hirons, Wall to Wall’s hit podcast series.

Prior to Wall to Wall Melissa developed and produced a selection of award-winning and channel-defining programmes. Past credits include Naked Attraction (Channel 4), The Only Way Is Essex (ITV2), The Baby Borrowers (BBC) and BAFTA award-winning series The Great British Bake Off (BBC).
