Poppy Delbridge

Head of Entertainment Development

Poppy began her career as a creative intern at Endemol, and after stints at Objective, Zeppotron, Tiger Aspect and MTV, she joined Wall to Wall from FremantleMedia in 2012 to set up a new Entertainment team within the company’s development department. Previously, she helped set up a successful comedy entertainment development team at Talkback, winning many commissions including BBC3's first studio entertainment show.

In her current role, she is responsible for devising original formats and most recently developed, pitched and sold the big budget celebrity reality series, ‘Time Crashers’ to Channel 4. She also works closely with Warner Brothers adapting and pitching other formats from around the world.

With development and award-winning production credits to her name, she has also been a comedy writer for sketch and panel shows – and is a known force within the on-screen talent world, heading up talent liaison at other indies and spotting the likes of Alan Carr.

In recent years she has been included in the national press as one of 'TV's Most Powerful Women under 30' and was a Broadcast Hot Shot.
